Google Plus One – FaceBook Minus Two
Ok, so the Google plus button has arrived. But more than that, Google is planning to take over from Facebook with her new social platform. Actually, I don’t suppose it’s really a takeover at all, but it kinda sounds good doesn’t it?
Anyway, guess who got an invite and got in there?
Oh yeah, so like it’s a hard question, lol. Sheesh, you try to make things easy for people and that’s the reaction I get!
Whether Google Plus actually manages to take over from Facebook who knows? But I’ve moved over to it. And if you’re wondering how that makes Facebook ‘minus two’, it’s because my youngest also deleted his FB profile just the other day!
And he isn’t the only one. Guess the world is getting rather sick of the privacy problems, not to mention the ease with which viruses are so easily spread on there.
Mind you, to me FB has only ever been useful for playing Bejewelled Blitz. I’ve never seen the need to publicly shout out that I’m going to the toilet, or have had an argument with the boyfriend, ….
Why do people think that’s ok? Do you really think the world wants to hear that crap? It’s as bad as Twitter.
I like a good gossip as much as the next person, but puhleeeeaaasssee, there is some stuff you just don’t go round posting on the Internet.
